  01Electrode Design and Prototyping

  We propose optimal design of electrode and cells for diverse development targets such as consumer electronics, energy storage system (ESS), automotive (12V, HEV, PHEV and EV ) and drones. Design parameters may include material, composition and density for electrodes, and format (laminated, prismatic and cylindrical) and capacity for cells. We provide one-stop prototyping service from slurry production to cell evaluation with our in-house facilities to respond swiftly to customer challenges.

  02Process Development

  Electrode is one of the most important components of cells which determines cell quality and performance. With our hands-on experience and knowledge over 20 years, we optimize electrode production process and provide high quality electrodes for customer's R&D activity. We have abundant experience in mixing and coating process development of the electrodes containing new materials.

  03Performance Evaluation

  We have various types of equipment capable of measuring characteristics critical to practical development of slurry, electrodes and cells. Customers can visit our site and see our actual production process, that enables them to verify the actual product and its evaluation results on-site. Our highly skilled team provides reliable evaluation results quickly.
